We prepare and ship your order with care. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days within Europe. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

At Klayful, each kit is crafted to be enjoyed as a mindful, creative experience. Because our products are art & craft kits, they cannot be returned once used.

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 10 days of delivery and exclusively if an item inside your kit arrives damaged or faulty.
  

• Condition: The kit must be unused and in its original packaging.
  

• 
  Process: If you receive a defective or incomplete kit, please contact us at hello.klayful@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
